or pre-surgical payment toward deductibles or co-insurance as required
by MVSC.
- Take only the medications that the nurse or surgeon
instructed you to take - with a sip of water.

Do not apply lotion. Plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring

- If the patient is an infant or child, we encourage
you to bring along a favorite toy or blanket to make them feel more at
home. If your child uses a sippy cup or bottle, please bring one along
with you so it is available after the procedure.
- During your surgery, test or procedure, your family
and friends may wait in the designated waiting area. Please limit the
number of people who accompany you to the surgery center. To maximize
the comfort of all visitors, we ask that only one person accompany adults.
Children should have at least one parent or guardian in the facility
through the surgery period. However, both parents are welcome to stay.
